We are moving...at least trying to move. After 2 1/2 years of living in the Treasure Valley, we've discovered it would be much more convenient if we lived closer to Boise, if not in Boise itself. We've acclimated to the traffic patterns here and where we used to laugh and scoff at those complaining about the "traffic" (we did come from SoCal after all where the state name is synonymous with transportation snarls and road rage), we now find the commute times, the endless road construction and the wait time to drive east through Eagle Road most annoying. So, the house is on the market (actually for the second time...second time's a charm, right???). I do need to develop a thicker skin though because the irritation of a buyer's agent giving us feedback that the house is "very cluttered" and that we "should consider putting things in storage" royally ticks me off. I don't know why I'm mad...that realtor is clearly either mistaken or stupid. Other than things we use on a daily basis that are nicely tucked away in closets, cabinets or drawers, there is really nothing more we can eliminate. Unless that agent thinks we should be sleeping in the tub and using the toilets for seating? Sheesh.
This house better sell and sell quickly. It's only been on the market two days and I'm already exhausted from the constant cleaning...so tired of it in fact that I'm almost ready to throw in the towel. It's a good thing I'm REALLY enjoying the clean, de-cluttered house. http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/4169-N-Desert-Breeze-Pl_Meridian_ID_83646_M27901-88046?source=web
