I did film the last mile of five digits until the turnover to six while driving around my block. It took three times around, but I got it on video! I will spare you the viewing of said video. Suffice it to say, I did shout "woo-hoo" and do the happy dance after I pulled into the driveway. What was that you said? I'm a dork? Why, yes I am and I'm darned proud of it, too!
The first time this happened to me (back in the 80's), my 1970-something Honda Civic only *had* 5 digits. So it turned over from 99999 to 00000. I got to shout "Woo-hoo! New car!"
